Leadership coach and intuitive healer for founders, executives and high performers
The pattern that built your success is now taxing it.
Private 1:1 work for leaders running on a nervous system that's been pushed too far, for too long. We lower the energy tax you've been paying for years, so your business, your body and the people you love finally get the full return on who you are.
“Stop trying to make yourself feel better. Simply get better at feeling.”

How it happens
It started as your greatest strength.
Nobody pushes their nervous system too far on purpose. It happens one smart, necessary, successful decision at a time. Here's how the story usually goes.
- The adaptation
Your system learned that staying safe meant staying ahead.
Somewhere early, often before you had words for it, you learned to stay alert, stay useful, need less, and never drop the ball. It wasn't a choice. It was a brilliant adaptation to what you were living through, and it lives in your body, not just your memories.
- The climb
Then that adaptation became your edge.
The vigilance made you sharp. The drive made you relentless. The hyper-responsibility made you the one everyone relies on. It built the company, the career, the reputation. Of course you kept it running. It was working.
- The busyness
Busy stopped being a schedule and became a state.
A free afternoon starts to feel like a threat. Rest feels like falling behind. You fill every gap with calls, inboxes and the next thing, because slowing down is when everything you've been outrunning catches up. The calendar isn't the problem. It's the strategy.
- The bill
A system that never stands down starts sending invoices.
A shorter fuse. Lighter sleep. Wins that barely register. A body that's always braced. Decisions made from urgency instead of clarity. A family that gets whatever is left. Nothing is wrong with you. You've been paying a tax you never agreed to.
The energy tax
You're running your life on what's left after the tax.
Every day, part of your energy goes into your work and your people. Another part goes into guarding you: bracing, scanning, replaying, performing calm. That second part is the energy tax.
Most high performers have paid it for so long they think it's simply the cost of success. It isn't. It's the cost of a nervous system that still thinks it's in danger.
Why mental work won't get you there
You can't think your way out of something you didn't think your way into.
You've done the work. The books, the coaches, the therapy, the masterminds, maybe the retreats. It helped. You understand yourself better than almost anyone you know. And under pressure, you still do the same thing.
That's not a failure of discipline. It's a mismatch of tools. Your pattern wasn't installed through words, so words alone can't uninstall it. It lives in the oldest, fastest part of you, the part that decides you're under threat before your thinking brain has even been consulted.
So the insight shows up after the reaction. You know exactly what you should have said, an hour after the meeting. Mindset gives you the map. It doesn't change the terrain. Mental work isn't wrong. On its own, it's incomplete.
“All of it helped and none of it held. Six months inside this community and the change is finally accumulating instead of fading.”
“There is life before and after this work. I say that having done years of therapy, two plant medicine ceremonies, and multiple high-end masterminds.”
The five patterns
One of these is running you.
Long before you had words, your nervous system learned one main strategy for surviving pressure. It still takes the wheel when the stakes go up, at work and at home.
They come from body-based character structure work, a lineage nearly a century old that I've studied, trained in and applied with clients for years. Everyone runs all five to some degree. One leads.
- The VisionarySees ten moves ahead. Under pressure, leaves the room.Leaving pattern
- The ConnectorLeads through people. Under pressure, disappears into them.Merging pattern
- The AnchorCarries everything. Under pressure, carries it in silence.Enduring pattern
- The DriverMakes big things happen. Under pressure, grips harder.Aggressive pattern
- The Standard-SetterMakes everything better. Under pressure, nothing is enough.Rigid pattern
Find out which pattern takes the wheel when you're under pressure.
At work it shapes how you decide. At home it shapes what your family feels when you walk in the door.
The Leadership Pattern Diagnostic shows which of the five survival patterns runs you when the stakes go up, what your family is likely feeling from it, the gift hidden inside it, and a 60-second reset you can use tonight.
It's built on the same five character patterns I work with in private sessions.
At the end you'll see your result. What you do with it is up to you.

The Leadership Pattern Diagnostic
Answer for how you actually are under pressure, not how you'd like to be. Your first instinct is usually the true one.
- Your primary and secondary pattern
- How it shows up at work, and what your family feels from it
- A 60-second reset built for your pattern
How the setpoint actually changes.
Insight lives in your head. Your pattern lives in your body. So we work with both, in this order.
Awareness
We map your pattern precisely. What sets it off, where you feel it first, and what it's been protecting you from. Seeing it clearly is the first release.
Regulation
You learn to bring your system back to steady in real time. In the meeting, in traffic on the way home, at bedtime with your kids. Not after the fact. In the moment.
Installation
We repeat the new state until it becomes your default. That's the difference between a breakthrough that fades and a change that keeps accumulating.
The refund
When the tax comes down, the energy comes back.
Not a different person. The one you've never had the capacity to be. Here's where clients describe feeling the return first.
In the business
- Clearer calls, made from calm instead of urgency
- Leading without gripping, so your team can carry weight
- Growth that doesn't require more of you
In your body
- Energy that lasts past 3pm
- Rest that actually restores
- Wins that finally land and stay landed
At home
- You walk in the door and your attention comes with you
- Your partner gets you, not your leftovers
- Your kids get something steady to lean on
Client stories
What changes when the pattern lets go.
Every quote here is shared word for word. For fifteen years I did this work alongside my brother Ilan at Satori Prime, the company we co-founded, so many clients name us both. These are individual experiences. Results vary, and none of them are a promise of yours.

About Guy
I've paid the tax too. I know what it costs.
I'm a leadership coach and intuitive healer, and I've spent fifteen years building and running a company: the strategy, the copy, the paid traffic, the team, the payroll. I know what a bad month does to your body, and what a great one can't touch.
Alongside it, I've spent twenty years going as deep into human development as I could, from more than a decade at Landmark Education to the Luminous Awareness Institute, meditation mentorship with Loch Kelly, and a 10-day silent retreat. More than 15,000 people coached along the way.
I'm also a father of two sons. So when you tell me what's happening in your business, in your body and at home, I understand all three. That's rare. It's also the whole point.

Questions people ask first.
What is nervous system coaching?
Nervous system coaching works with how your body responds to pressure, not only how you think about it. It combines awareness of your patterns, real-time regulation skills and repetition, so steadiness becomes your default under stress. It is not therapy or medical care.
What is an intuitive healer?
In Guy Ferdman's work, intuitive healing means sensing what's happening beneath the words, in your body, your energy and your patterns, and working with it directly. It draws on five years of training in somatic healing, energetic attunement and attachment repair, and it complements coaching. It is not medical or psychological treatment.
What is the energy tax?
The energy tax is the share of your daily energy spent guarding yourself instead of building your life: bracing for problems, scanning for threats, replaying conversations and performing calm. High performers often pay it for years and mistake it for the cost of success.
Why doesn't mindset work hold under pressure?
Survival patterns form in the body, often before we have words for them. Under threat, the fast survival system reacts before the thinking brain weighs in. Insight works top-down, so on its own it arrives after the reaction. Lasting change also needs bottom-up work that builds felt safety and capacity.
What are the five survival patterns?
Body-based character structure work describes five: Leaving (the Visionary), Merging (the Connector), Enduring (the Anchor), Aggressive (the Driver) and Rigid (the Standard-Setter). Everyone runs all five, and one usually leads under pressure. The free diagnostic on this page shows yours.

The pattern that built you won't take you further.
You don't need more willpower, another framework or a longer to-do list. You need a nervous system that finally knows it's safe to stand down. I work with a maximum of 8 private clients at a time. Start by finding out what's running you.
Before you decide anything, take three slow breaths with the circle.
