For fathers, husbands and providers
Father. Husband. Provider. All carried on one nervous system.
Private work for men who are building something big and holding everyone up while they do it. We lower the energy tax you've been paying so your kids get a present father, your partner gets her husband back, and providing stops costing you yourself.
“Stop trying to make yourself feel better. Simply get better at feeling.”

Three roles
You're asked to be three men at once. Most days, you're running all three on empty.
Each role asks something different of you. The father needs presence. The husband needs openness. The provider needs endurance. And your nervous system is trying to deliver all three from the same tank.
The father
Your kids don't need a perfect father. They need a present one. But a system that has been running hot all day doesn't switch off when you pull into the driveway. The call is over. Your body is still on it.
"Watch this, Dad." And you look up one second too late.
The husband
Somewhere along the way, the marriage turned into logistics. Schedules, bills, who's picking up whom. She gets the tired version of you, and you both feel the distance nobody talks about.
"You're here, but you're not here." And you know exactly what she means.
The provider
If you stop, who holds it all up? That question lives in your body. It's the reason you can't rest, the 2am math, the quiet fear of letting everyone down. Providing is love. Carried alone, it's also the heaviest tax you pay.
Everyone is counting on you. Nobody asks who you're counting on.
The moments that stay with you
You already know which ones.
- You snap over something small at bedtime, then lie awake seeing their face.
- You hear your own father's tone come out of your mouth. The one you swore you'd never use.
- You sit in the car in the driveway for a few extra minutes, because you need them before you walk in.
- You're at the game in body, and somewhere in next quarter in your head.
- She asks how you're doing, and "fine" comes out before you've even checked.
None of this makes you a bad father, a bad husband or a bad provider. It makes you a good man running a pattern that was installed long before your family was born.
The Leadership Pattern Diagnostic
Find out which pattern you bring home.
Every man has one survival pattern that takes over under pressure. At work it shapes how you decide. At home it shapes what your kids and your partner feel when you walk through the door.
Answer 13 questions and you'll see your primary and secondary pattern, what it costs at home, the gift hidden inside it, and a 60-second reset you can use tonight before you walk in the door.
At the end I'll tell you honestly whether private work with me is a fit. Sometimes the answer is no, and I'll say so.
About 3 minutes. No email required to see your result.
The Leadership Pattern Diagnostic
Answer for how you actually are under pressure, not how you'd like to be. Your first instinct is usually the true one.
- Your primary and secondary pattern
- How it shows up at work, and what your family feels from it
- A 60-second reset built for your pattern
- A straight answer on whether private work fits
What they learn from watching you
Your family borrows its calm from yours.
Children learn how to handle pressure by watching the adults closest to them. Partners feel it too. Not from what you say. From your breath, your tone and your shoulders when you walk in the door.
A lot of us were raised by men who were taught to carry everything alone. Push through. Don't feel it. Provide. Those men did their best with what they were given, and many of us inherited the same pattern along with the drive.
It works in both directions. When your system learns to settle, your kids have something steady to lean on and your partner has someone to lean toward. Your sons learn that strength and presence can live in the same man. Your daughters learn what it feels like to be seen by one.
Why trying harder doesn't work
You can't love your family hard enough to override a nervous system.
You've promised yourself you'd be more patient, more present, more open. You meant every word. And at 7pm on a Tuesday, after a brutal day, the old pattern still wins.
That's because the pattern doesn't live in your intentions. It lives in your body, in the fastest and oldest part of you, the part that reacts before your thinking brain is consulted. So we work there. We map your pattern, build the capacity to stay steady in real time, and repeat it until presence is your default, not your best day.
What changes
What men notice first.
Usually, the family notices before you do.
As a father
- You're actually in the room when you're in the room
- Bedtime stops being a battle you're too tired to win
- Your kids bring you the hard stuff, because you've become safe to bring it to
As a husband
- You stop managing each other and start meeting each other
- Hard conversations stop turning into the same fight
- She gets you, not your leftovers
As a provider
- Clearer calls, made from calm instead of fear
- The drive stays, the dread softens
- Providing starts to feel like purpose, not pressure
Client stories
What changes when the pattern lets go.
Every quote here is shared word for word. For fifteen years I did this work alongside my brother Ilan at Satori Prime, the company we co-founded, so many clients name us both. These are individual experiences. Results vary, and none of them are a promise of yours.
From Guy
I'm a father, a husband and a provider too.
My parents moved countries twice so my brother and I could have a better life. Now I'm the one providing, raising two sons, and feeling the pull between building something big and being fully there for the people I'm building it for.
I've spent fifteen years building and running a company and twenty years in serious inner work, and I've coached more than 15,000 people along the way. I work with a maximum of 8 private clients at a time, so every one of them gets real attention.
If you're a man who's holding everyone up and running on empty inside, I'd like to talk with you.

A circle for fathers and husbands.
I'm exploring a small group for fathers and husbands who want to do this work alongside other men, not alone.
The idea: a monthly online session, with in-person gatherings in San Diego every other month, shaped by what the men in it actually need. It's in the listening phase. If it speaks to you, send me a message and tell me what you'd want from it.

Before we talk.
Is this family therapy or couples counseling?
No. This is private 1:1 coaching with you. We work on your nervous system, your patterns and how you show up under pressure. Your family usually feels the change without ever being in the room. It is not therapy or medical care.
Do my wife or kids need to be involved?
No. The work is yours. Many men share parts of it at home as it lands, but nobody else has to participate for it to work.
I'm the provider. How do I justify the time and money for this?
Providing is more than income. Your family also lives on your presence, your patience and your steadiness. Most men find the work makes them sharper at work as well, because decisions made from calm are better than decisions made from fear.
Is this only for fathers?
No. Private coaching is open to founders, executives and high performers of any gender. This page speaks to fathers because the pull between building and being present is something I live too.
They're only this age once. So is your marriage. So are you.
You don't have to become someone else to give your family more of you. You have to give your nervous system a new place to come home to. Start with one honest conversation.
Before you walk in the door tonight, take three slow breaths with the circle.
