I learned to stay steady when the ground moves.
My parents moved countries twice to give our family a better life. I grew up watching what it takes to start over, and how much depends on staying steady when nothing around you is.
That became the thread through everything I've done since. In business, on stages, in the room with one person who is carrying more than anyone knows, and now at home, raising two sons of my own.
The business side.
I started in commercial real estate lending at Metro Funding Capital, where I was the top commission earner three of my four years. I learned to read risk, build long relationships, and help people finance projects they'd been dreaming about for years.
From there I moved online. As an affiliate I became the top earner in a 3,500-person network for four of the five years I was in it, driving more than $5.5 million in sales through paid advertising. That performance put me on stages and into private rooms in London, Sydney and New York, training hundreds of people in marketing, sales and mindset.
In 2011 I co-founded Satori Prime with my brother Ilan. Over fifteen years I served as strategy director, copywriter and the owner of the full marketing stack, leading the team through more than $20 million in revenue and 15,000 clients across 40 countries.
The inner side.
At the same time, for twenty years, I went as deep into human development as I could. Twelve years at Landmark Education, where I studied, taught, and served three years as a head coach. Five years at the Luminous Awareness Institute, training in character structure, somatic healing, energetic attunement, attachment repair and trauma-informed practice. Two years of meditation mentorship with Loch Kelly. A 10-day silent retreat, a breathwork intensive and years of daily practice.
What I found is simple to say and hard to do. Your life runs at the level your nervous system can hold. Change that, and everything built on top of it changes too. Leave it alone, and no strategy fully lands.
What I do now.
I work privately with a maximum of 8 people at a time. Founders, executives and parents who have built something real and want to enjoy it, lead it well, and come home as themselves.
