The Nervous System Reset Protocol
The therapy helped. The books made sense. So why doesn't any of it hold?
Because insight doesn't change wiring. In under 90 minutes, learn the 10-minute protocol that works where your patterns actually live: in your nervous system. Then practice it three times a week.

The gap
You've done the work. So why are you still running hot?
- You perform at a high level, and you still can't fully turn off. The urgency follows you home, into dinner, into bed.
- You can see the pattern happening in real time, and it happens anyway. By the time you notice, you're already reacting.
- You've built the habits and read the books, and you keep sliding back to the same baseline.
- The people closest to you feel it. Not because you don't care, but because a system in survival mode can't give the presence you want to give.
None of that is a character flaw. It's a nervous system doing exactly what it was trained to do. You're not here because something is wrong with you. You're here because you're serious, and you're ready to change what's running underneath.
Why nothing has held
You can't think your way out of something you didn't think your way into.
Almost every tool you've used works at the level of conscious thought. Your stress response runs below that, in the oldest and fastest part of you.
Under pressure, it reacts before your thinking brain is even consulted. That's why the insight shows up an hour after the argument, and why the breakthrough fades by Tuesday. Your nervous system doesn't respond to understanding. It responds to regulation, practiced until it becomes the default.
The method
Three parts. Ten minutes. Three times a week.
NSRP combines three things most approaches keep separate, in one short practice you can actually keep doing.
Co-regulation
Nervous systems calm each other. It's how a steady parent settles a child. NSRP turns that into a structured practice, so steadiness is something you feel in your body, not just a concept.
Pattern interruption
A simple way to catch your stress response early and get your choice back, in the moments that cost you most: under pressure, in conflict and in big decisions.
Reinforcement
Short, repeated practice, so a regulated response becomes your default instead of a good week that fades.
“I've done 25 years of personal development: Tony Robbins, therapy, everything. Nothing produced a lasting shift until I worked at the nervous system level. That's what NSRP does that nothing else does.”
What it's built on
Grounded in how people actually regulate.
- Co-regulation. Humans learn to settle their stress response through safe connection with other people, starting in infancy. NSRP puts that to work on purpose.
- Interpersonal neurobiology. The field studying how relationships shape the brain and nervous system across a lifetime.
- Polyvagal theory. A framework for how the nervous system shifts between states of safety, mobilization and shutdown.
- The Harvard Study of Adult Development. One of the longest-running studies of adult life, which found the quality of our relationships is among the strongest predictors of long-term health and happiness.
NSRP is education and coaching, informed by this research. It is not therapy or medical treatment.

From people who've done it
"Something in my operating system actually changed."
“This is the first work that touched something the boardroom training and the therapy never reached. Something in my operating system actually changed.”
“I wasn't expecting to feel something shift during the session itself. I've read every book. Done years of therapy. This tied it all together in a way nothing else has, and I felt it in my body, not just my head.”
“Satori Prime not only delivers. It over-delivers, again and again. This work works. Take the plunge. It's what you need and it's why you're here.”
“I've been in their space for 8 years. Without their teachings I would not be the person I am today, in business or at home. Unwavering commitment to every single person they work with.”
Every quote here is shared word for word. For fifteen years I did this work alongside my brother Ilan at Satori Prime, the company we co-founded, so many clients name us both. These are individual experiences. Results vary, and none of them are a promise of yours.

Questions
Before you start.
How is this different from meditation or mindfulness?
Meditation mostly trains attention, and it's usually practiced alone. NSRP works with your nervous system's stress response directly, using co-regulation, pattern interruption and repetition. People who have struggled to sit still in meditation often find it easier, because you aren't fighting an activated system to get quiet.
Do I need a partner to practice?
No. Co-regulation is strongest with another person, and the training shows you how to practice with a partner, but it also includes solo versions of every technique. Many people start solo.
I'm already stretched thin. How does this fit in?
The training takes under 90 minutes, once. After that, the practice is 10 minutes, three times a week. That's 30 minutes a week, and most people find it gives back more focus than it takes.
How quickly will I notice something?
Many people notice a shift in how they feel during their first few sessions. Deeper change builds with consistent practice over the following weeks. Everyone is different, and results aren't guaranteed.
What is it based on?
NSRP draws on co-regulation research, interpersonal neurobiology and polyvagal theory, and on more than fifteen years of Guy and Ilan's work with clients. It's education and coaching, not therapy or medical treatment.
What if it isn't for me?
You have 14 days. If you go through the training, practice as shown and don't feel it was worth it, email support@satoriprime.com for a full refund.
The missing piece isn't more information.
It's a nervous system that has practiced being steady. Ten minutes, three times a week, starting today.
